Your Guide to Traveling to Cebu as of February 2021
It’s 2021 and the country is still in some form of lockdown. Different community quarantine rules apply per region and per city. To help you streamline your travel plans to Cebu, you may refer to the guide below. This comparative table is only designed as a general guide. Things are ever so changing and we try our best to update this file. As always, check and confirm with your travel provider and your LGU.
As a general rule, all passengers in transit to Cebu should wear face shields and face masks when accessing Mactan-Cebu International Airport Terminal premises and during their flight. Face shield should sufficiently cover nose and mouth. Persons with incomplete documents will not be allowed to board an aircraft. You will also be required to present a confirmed round trip ticket.
